Rossy Gutarra founder of Deco Supply, took her first class of cake decorating almost 10 years ago. Since then she has become hooked on cake decorating. In 2001 she moved to United States and took her first pastry chef class at the Western Culinary Institute and continued with Wilton Classes. Rosy now devotes her time to running her store and teaching cake decorating.
